Through the use of our own workshops we deal with every aspect of your event ourselves. From the intial meetings to discuss the type of event you want all the way up to construction and production we ensure we keep our eye on everything. This is important as it not only removes the risk of delays through the use of external contractors but it also allows us to ensure that the events we produce exactly match what you want.

We appreciate that every event, no matter how big or small, is magical and so very important to the people attending. This is why we go out of our way to make sure that our events make the magic happen. We look forward to doing that for you too.

You enter the venue and show your invitation to Miss Moneypenny. As you enter through the checkpoint into the reception area two Geisha Girls from ‘You only Live Twice’ guide you to the cocktail waiter to serve you a Martini (shakes not stirred of course!). Whilst in the reception area mingle with Odd Job, Jaws, M, Pussy Galore, James Bond himself, and maybe some of the Bond Girls. Have your photograph taken with the character of your choice.

Then it’s onto the sumptuously decorated dining area. The stage area has the famous Bond silhouette and flame backdrop. Over life size replicas of Bond and Odd Job dominate the front of the stage.

Our re-creation of this era starts in an Alleyway lit with only one bulb. Halfway down the alley is a door. Those with the password can gain entrance.

Once you have gained entrance inside, the interior is Magnificent. Your can have a Meal, play the Cards or the Dice, have a Drink, watch the Show or listen to the Band.

As with most things Illegal the Dens were controlled by Gangsters and Police Raids were a regular feature.

During the evening the Police will call and some of the clients will be subject to some ‘Questioning’. This is usually an Important Person in the Company with a Sense of Humour.

There’s entertainment laid on as well, A Wild West show with trick riding and even some Indians from the nearby reservation to show you how they live. As the evening draws near the sounds of a honky tonk piano signals that the theme nights western entertainment is about to start in the saloon.

The Wild West cabaret and the can can girls are there to entertain you. Why not join in with the Hoe-down and linedance, it’s all walked through before the music starts so you don’t have to know anything, just have the willingness to enjoy yourself. With a disco to round off the Wild West Party evening you don’t have to un-hitch your hoss and mosey on down until the early hours.

When you arrive you can feel the warm Nevada air. You can see the lights of the Las Vegas strip gleaming at you. As you approach the entrance of Caesars Palace you feel a pang of excitement and are feeling rather lucky as you enter the room.

As you step inside the paparazzi are there to take photos of you. Hold up the queue as you take your time walking down the carpet so they can get the best shot. The place is dazzling with glittering palm trees, flashing signs and the sound of the slot machines which greet you as you enter the room.

With a variety of games to choose from including Roulette, Poker and Blackjack you are keen to get settled in fast and show everyone how it’s done!

The whole place feels as though its dripping with money and as a true Las Vegas show girl passes you a nice cocktail along with your fun money for the evening you think you could get used to this. The croupiers are amazing with their flawless card skills and simple explanations. It’s so fast pace that during the whole evening everyone is sure you get a go.

As the night is getting near the fantastic live band or brilliant disco start up helping you to either drown your sorrows or celebrate your successful gambling of the evening.

“Shiver Me Timbers” cried Long John Silver “over here Ye Landlubbers, Grab Ye a Glass of Grog and Welcome to Treasure Island”.

The Guests come down the Gang Plank and Jump down onto the Beach “Here we are me Hearties” cries Long John his Parrot squawking ceaseslessly perched on his shoulder. “How about trying to outdraw one of the Crew who reckons he’s the fastest or Seeing if you can stay on the Surf Machine or there are other Games you could try.

Sit down after the Games to a sumptuous Barbecue. There’s also some Entertainment with a Cabaret. Limbo Dancing or a Steel Band.

The Disco finishes off the evening before all the Guests re-board the ‘Jolly Roger’ and reture to their hammocks for the night.

With light bulbs flashing you walk up the red roped carpeted stairway, turning before you enter the building to allow the paparazzi to take their photos and the press to ask your opinion on your future movie plans, your rumoured divorce, or what you were doing at Maximes’ Restaurant with that blonde (handsome guy) last night. Your may also wish to sign a couple of autographs.

Inside the theatre, a Waikiki Beach film set has been set up with a waterfall, complete with Tiki Bar, Waiter and a Polynesian Guitarist to greet you. Help yourself to a drink, collect your casine fun money and enter the main auditorium.

The room has been completely transformed with an awesome Hollywood Sign Back Drop flanked on either side by Shimmer Curtains and Star Cloth. On either side of the back drop, 9ft. high Oscars dominate the scene, tastefully surrounded by Palm Trees and Movie Cameras. The rest of the room has Star Cloths with old film posters and back projected Hollywood Movies showng. Star pillars and floral displays complete the scene.

The tables are sumptuously laid out with multi-layer tablecloths with Movie Cameras. Tea lights illuminate the area. The chairs are covered in Glod Lame with Black Bows.

During the meal Magicians and Look-a-like Celebrities mingle with the guests and there is always a photographer on hand to capture that ‘Kodak Moment’, and your waiters may not be all they seem.

When the meal is finished, it’s time for the Legends Cabaret – who will entertain you tonight? It could be Dolly, Elvis, Diana Ross, Neil Diamond, The Spice Girls, Abba; whoever it is you can be sure it will be first class entertainment.

Then it is time to stretch your legs, maybe head for the Casino Tables with the fun money, or dance to the Top Class Disco.

However you choose you finish your evening we feel sure you will have enjoyed a never-to-be-forgotten experience.

With a steel band playing in the distance you pick up a cocktail from the Tiki hut while taking in the tropical surroundings.

As you sit down for dinner you are surrounded by an ocean world with lobster pots, fishing nets and a shipwreck. Just remember not fall overboard!

Throughout the evening there are an array of Hawaiian games to choose from. Try your luck at the Coconut Shy, sink the galleon or maybe test your sense of balance (a few cocktails later) on the surf machine. Although there are no winners medals, there is always pride at stake.

You can hear the steel band start up again and the hawaiian dancers are on stage ready to perfrom. Dressed in traditional Hawaiian outfits they have plenty more grass skirts to go around as they invite members of the party to join them on stage.

The fun isn’t over yet as the limbo dancer limbers up and encourages you to test your flexibility while being cheered on by friends and colleagues.

Before the night draws to a close the lights go down and the disco begins so you can keep dancing until it’s anchors up for the journey back home.
